GLASGOW WINDOW CLEANING COMPLIANCE WITH GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
This policy document sets our duties and obligations under the GDPR and the processes our data controller’s will follow in relation to personal data.
We will only process personal data on our documented instructions and will only use for GWC use
We will impose a duty of confidentiality on our staff who will have access to that personal data
We will not subcontract processing of that personal data or transfer it to countries outside where we have agreed to store it, without written permission
Any subcontractor used will comply with all GWC conditions and we will remain responsible for what that subcontractor does
We will respond to people’s requests to exercise their rights that the GDPR gives them over personal data (such as their right to have a copy of their data)
We will keep personal data safe & secure and protect it from loss & un-authorised access, alteration or disclosure
If you terminate any contract with us we will delete any personal data at your request (except where it must be retained for legal reasons)
We will promptly tell you about any security failure in relation to personal data and will immediately investigate and remedy
We will carry out regular privacy impact assessments and related consultations with ICO and other data protection authorities
We and any subcontractors will comply with current and future amendments to legislation
